Percussionists attend the Sounds of Summer camp

On June 8th and 9th, many percussion students across Southwest Missouri attended the area's first Sounds of Summer camp held on
the campus of MSSU. Not only were students given one on one
instruction by special clinician and battery instructor for the Bluecoats Drum and Bugle Corps, Mike McIntosh, but they also walked away with many door prizes including a set of Remo Powermax Bass Drum heads, a set of drum set heads, practice pads, t-shirts, and more. Students unable to attend this year may get another chance next year, as the camp will probably become an annual event.
